New Homes – Blythe Street

This house is a contemporary styled Queenslander in inner city Brisbane. It has the built form of a pre war home, but has a contemporary finish. Our clients wanted a contemporary home with a modern feel in a traditional area.  The large glassed areas take advantage of the great city views. The brief was to have a house and a second self contained residence with its own entry, driveway and garage.

AAD Design achieved the client’s requirements for a three storey house with 2 driveway and separate entries within the constraints of this narrow small lot.
