Renovations – Dart St

This house is an existing Queenslander located on a corner site in a quite Auchenflower street.  The brief was to turn this grand but small home into something the client could be proud of and we were to make the additions integrate with the existing style as seamlessly as possible.

The client also wanted to house the grandparents on the lower floor in a style they were accustomed to with a level of privacy while maintaining some connection to the main house.
