Apartments and Highrise – Coonan St

Coonan St is a 5 storey hi-rise apartment building housing 7 modern 2 bedroom units located in Indooroopilly.  The building had to overcome a difficult sloping site.  It also had to resolve access issues due to a street side retaining wall.

Each one of the units in the building has a great visual outlook towards the Brisbane River to the east.  The apartments have a large open plan living area opening out onto a massive covered deck with built in BBQ, and a secure garage.
