Apartments and Highrise – Fleming Road

This development is located close to the Kelvin Grove university campus in inner city Brisbane.  The clients brief was to design above the normally permitted densities, which would have yielded only 32 units for this site. This proposal was approved for 44 new units behind 3 existing houses.

The design has overcome massive internal site issues relating to slope and runoff, being built in a small valley.  The design comprises of 3 main buildings and maintains proportional integrity with the scale of surrounding developments.
