AAD Design have a great deal of expertise in designing a wide range of styles of apartment buildings and hi-rises in all locations from infill inner city lots to large suburban properties. Our office has 180 years of collective experience in this type of development.

One of the most important aspects of this type of design is understanding the market demand for the specific locality and having the skills to get the right combination of costs and yield to meet that demand.  Anyone can draw lines on a piece of paper, even experienced architects and building designers, but multi-level design is a very specialised process and to do it successfully requires a great deal of expertise and understanding in construction methods.
