Logan Road

The site is located on an arterial road in Mount Gravatt. The client’s brief for was for a ten storey office building with retail space on the ground floor and four levels of car parking.

The client required the building to maximise the commercial and retail floor areas of the building. The clients brief also included a careful assessment of the building in terms of appearance, energy efficiency and Feng-Shui.  The design also had to overcome significant access restrictions for the main road.
