One of the most important aspects of townhouse design is understanding the market demand for the specific locality and having the skills to get the right combination of costs and yield to meet that demand.  Anyone can draw lines on a piece of paper, even experienced architects and building designers, but town house design is a very specialised process and to do it successfully requires a great deal of expertise and understanding.
