Townhouses – Belgrave St

This site has 3 attached town houses located in inner city Brisbane. The brief was to design three contemporary units that would provide maximum rental potential on a 607 square metre site.

Large open-plan living and outdoor terraces were to be placed on the first floor to take full advantage of the city views, as well as providing a plunge pool for each unit within the limited space of the development.
