Townhouses – Creek Road

This large site at Mt Gravatt has a creek running through the centre.  The site has been developed into a 28 town house complex with communal pool and BBQ facilities.  The clients brief was to maximize the development potential of the site with a mix of one and two storey townhouses.

The design utilizes the creek as a feature with vehicular and pedestrian bridges connecting the townhouses on both sides to the large open communal spaces.  The design accommodates the creek space for outlooks and vistas from the townhouses.  Each townhouse also has its own private open space.
