Townhouses – Glenalva Tce

This site is located in a Demolition Control Precinct near a railway in Inner Northern Brisbane.  The brief was to retain and subdivide off the existing Queenslander and provide 5 additional townhouses.  These were designed as affordable town houses for re-sale.

The design catered fro the sloping site in order to keep construction costs to a minimum. The units are modern in style and finish and give high level of living amenity to their residents.
