Townhouses – Princess Street

This site has 4 attached town houses located in a Demolition Control Precinct in inner city Brisbane. The brief was to design Queensland character styled units that would provide maximum re-sale value.

The building represents classic Queenslander styled townhouses, two of which have plunge pools.  The four townhouses are attached but from the exterior resemble detached housing.  The use of wrap around verandahs gives a quality character styled finish.
