Townhouses – Riding Road

This site is located in an inner city suburb within a Demolition Control Precinct.  The client came to us with a design for 5 townhouses which didn’t work effectively.  Our brief was to modify the design to improve the internal function and layout and provide double car accommodation to each unit.

The revised design has built to boundary walls on one side to maximise site efficiency so that each unit is separated from the other units in the development as a detached house.  Our design achieved the clients brief providing practical, large, opulent and modern styled dwellings.  We also obtained approval for each town house to be subdivided onto its own freehold title as a single unit dwelling.
